About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you’ll work as part of a team in providing safe, secure, supported accommodation for the people who use our services. You’ll do this by providing practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives. Our Holland Street service is 24/7 emergency access, supporting individuals aged between 16-35 who are experiencing homelessness with referrals coming via the case work teams at Glasgow City Council.

Main Responsibilities:

This Support Worker role working at our Holland Street service involves working nightshifts on a rota that includes select weekend work. The working hours for this role are 34 hours per week, comprised of 4x 8.5 hour shifts, following an 4 week rolling rota.

The Support Worker will:

• support, review, monitor and evaluate through our case management system, to achieve a positive person-centred outcome for the people we work with in line with organisational, statutory and legislative requirements.

Our Irvine service in North Ayrshire is looking for Relief Workers to cover a variety of shift patterns on weekdays and weekends. We provide support, advice and assistance to individuals regarding practical skills, physical health and wellbeing and emotional support. We also provide opportunities to explore personal interests, occupation of time and positive social networks.

Additional expertise in development, with financial and commercial experience, would be very beneficial.

About the Role:

The support we provide is always person-centred, trauma-informed and wellbeing focused. As an Intensive Support Worker working with East Ayrshire Council as part of our Housing First service, you’ll work in the community to provide a wide range of flexible intensive support to individuals to encourage independence to maintain and sustain a tenancy and adapt to community life.

Main Responsibilities:

This Intensive Support Worker role working in the Kilmarnock area combines settled housing with person-centred, strengths-based and flexible support. This Housing First role is outreach-based, working 35 hours per week on a rota, and will see the Intensive Support Worker providing support to individuals in their own tenancies. This role operates across Kilmarnock, with an office based at our Kilmarnock Bank Street service. The Intensive Support Worker will:

1. Provide intervention and a range of supports for new referrals and existing Supported People in their own tenancies.
2. To provide trauma-informed, person-centred, and wellbeing-focused support for people supported by Blue Triangle.
3. To support, review, monitor and evaluate through our SHARP monitoring tool to achieve a positive person-centered outcome for the people we work with in line with Blue Triangle’s statutory and legislative requirements.
4. To support people transitioning from supported accommodation into the local community or referred from other sources, helping them on their personal pathway towards a settled tenancy, building their tenancy and life management skills.

About the Role:

As a Painter/Maintenance Operative, you’ll work to deliver a high quality maintenance service across all of the association’s properties. You’ll do this by providing ongoing maintenance, reactive responsive repairs and maintaining our properties to the highest standard.

Main Responsibilities:

This Maintenance Operative role based at our Central Support building in Glasgow involves working 35 hours per week and covers all of the association services across Scotland. The Maintenance Operative will:

• carry out redecoration and painting of void properties and office space.
• provide delivery of maintenance and minor work for all services within Blue Triangle and other organisations.
• complete repairs as instructed by the Property Manager.
• assist all trades as and when required which include contractors.
• undertake regular inspections of the buildings for the purpose of co-ordinating cyclical or remedial repairs.

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you’ll work as part of a team in providing safe, secure, supported accommodation for the people who use our services. You’ll do this by providing practical and emotional support and encouraging them to achieve their own personal outcomes in all aspects of their daily lives.

Main Responsibilities:

Our Irvine service provides housing support to individuals aged 16-21 and individuals presenting under the National Transfer Scheme. Two part time (20 hours per week) night-shift Support Worker positions are available. The Support Worker will:

• work as part of a team providing safe, secure, supported accommodation for homeless people.
• support, review, monitor and evaluate through our case management system, to achieve a positive person-centred outcome for the people we work with in line with organisational, statutory and legislative requirements.
• maintain and update all recording systems and documentation in line with relevant policies, procedures and practice guidelines, including the occupancy agreement, within required timeframes.
• provide, plan and facilitate key work meetings, key work sessions, meetings, reviews and other internal/external meetings in conjunction with the person’s support plan.
• provide general advocacy and advice to the people we support, including assistance to enable them to meet the conditions of their occupancy agreements.

This role is stationed at our new Irvine service in North Ayrshire. We are looking for a domestic cleaner who will be working in a social care setting ensuring a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for residents, specialising in infection control and room sanitisation.

Key duties include adhering to COSHH regulations, cleaning of communal areas, and respecting resident privacy, as well as maintenance of staff areas and communal areas of buildings and grounds. In flat void cleaning and prepping with quick turnover to a high standard, candidates need to be able to undertake physically demanding tasks and be able to work on own initiative.
