• Being the first point of contact for general enquiries to the office, as well as managing a range of general organisation email accounts. You will collab with other departments as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

• Providing support to the Head of Finance and Administration and the wider NYOS team on Microsoft 365.

• Working with external IT support to ensure systems and technology are operating securely and effectively, and working with expert support to learn about, implement and ensure GDPR compliance.

• Attend annual spring and summer concerts to provide front of house duties as required, and assisting with ticketing, publicity and general administration in preparation for them.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Organisation skills, and excellent attention to detail

• Good time management

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• A team player, able to contribute to the team and enthusiastically assist with office tasks.

• A little confidence goes a long way! Self-motivated and keen on managing varied tasks in different business areas

If you are a team player, are keen to get involved, and have a positive, can-do attitude, we would like to hear more about you.
