Children & Families Lead

We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and resourceful individual to join a city centre church committed to being a church in the city for the city. We are looking for someone with vision and enthusiasm to enable, support, and grow our existing work with families and children in the church, local schools, and within the wider community; and to explore new potential for outreach.

The successful candidate will:

  • Experience of working with families and children in a group or one-to-one setting
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to engage with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Knowledge of social issues and challenges affecting families and current trends in children’s work
  • Passion for working with children and parents and helping them achieve their full potential
  • A personal commitment to the Christian faith and be willing to become an active member of our church community.

Youth and Outreach Lead

We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and resourceful individual to serve as our youth lead in the church, and in the city, working within our wider vision goals. Your focus will be working with young people, helping them grow in their Christian faith, and leading innovative, engaging programs for church and city young people. We'd love you to build strong relationships with young people, work alongside families and volunteers, engage with schools, youth organisations, and the wider city, creating opportunities for discipleship, outreach, and evangelism.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience of working with young people in a group or one-to-one setting
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) to engage with young people, parents, and colleagues
  • Knowledge of youth culture, social issues affecting young people, and current trends in youth work
  • Passion for working with young people and helping them achieve their full potential
