Established since 2007, RASAC P&K has are committed to challenging gender-based violence and recognise that sexual violence is both a cause and consequence of gender inequality in our society. We offer free and confidential support to anyone who identifies as a woman and all young people age 12-18 years, who has experienced sexual violence at any time in their lives. We offer support regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, transgender identity, age, disability, and religious and cultural background. RASAC P&K Prevention Services work with young people across Perth & Kinross delivering sexual violence prevention workshops in schools and community settings, as well as delivering a range of community engagement and development opportunities within the wider community.

Owing to internal opportunities RASAC P&K are looking for experienced, motivated and committed workers to join our team in the following role -

Prevention Services Team Leader

The post is currently funded until March 2027 with continued funding being actively sought.

This post involves managing a small team working to address issues around sexual exploitation, sexualisation and sexual violence. The post holder will oversee and contribute to the development and delivery of sexual violence prevention workshops to young people and adults in the community, alongside the delivery of high quality multi-agency training.

This post requires enthusiasm and creativity with a clear commitment to the value of prevention work in addressing sexual violence. We are looking for someone who can bring strong organisational and inter-personal skills alongside experience in youth work, training delivery and multi-agency working. Experience in a supervisory / management role is essential as is working within a gendered analysis of Violence Against Women is essential.
