The successful candidate will provide dedicated support to serving and ex-serving Armed Forces personnel with caring responsibilities, as well as their spouses, partners, children and wider family members.

The postholder will deliver person-centred and preventative support that improves wellbeing, reduces isolation, strengthens family relationships and builds resilience.

Working within a whole-family model, the role will support families experiencing the combined challenges of military life and unpaid caring responsibilities, particularly during periods of transition, deployment, reintegration, illness, injury and change.
