SOEC is a charity and social enterprise and has spent over 80 years enabling people to access the outdoors and the environment in a safe and sustainable way. We offer a broad range of programmes and activities, all designed to be relevant, exciting and challenging. Every year we welcome thousands of people to our Centres. Our main visitors are schools and youth groups. We also welcome groups of all types and for a range of focus, including music, arts, drama, sports; in fact, all types of clubs and societies.

SOEC Ltd is a charity and social enterprise offering inspirational outdoor learning experiences to young people and community groups across its 3 residential outdoor learning centres in Scotland.
The successful candidate will join the organisation’s Head Office staff team in West Linton and work closely with the Chief Executive to meet SOEC’s strategic objectives.
Experience of charity and social enterprise finance as well as SAGE 50 is required.
