Charity registered in Scotland SC030472
This is a key role in our Whole Family Support Fund programme, and you will lead the establishment and development of three hubs across Glasgow, Lanarkshire, and the North of Scotland.
The hubs are at different stages of development, so you'll balance starting up a new hub with growing those already under development. You'll line manage three Family Support Leads and our Money Advisor, oversee service delivery, manage the programme, build local partnerships, and manage monitoring and evaluation across the hub areas.
You will be a highly experienced manager and an excellent communicator, able to build strong, trusting relationships with families and engage effectively with a range of stakeholders.
This post may occasionally require evening and/or weekend work and will involve frequent travel across the region.
