Community Help & Advice Initiative (CHAI) delivers a range of social welfare and housing support services to residents of West and South Edinburgh.
Job Purpose
To provide high quality advice and representation to individuals and families on income maximisation, welfare benefits, debit, housing and money, in line with the Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice Providers.
The advice will be provided within a range of settings from GP surgeries, Mental Health & Recovery Hubs and local community venues.

Job Purpose
To provide expert advice and representation to homeowners and tenants at risk of losing their homes, in line with the Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice Providers.
The advice will be provided within a range of settings from the sheriff court, our offices and home visits.
