Many of the young people we engage with are facing barriers which impact the ability to sustain their education and potential. About Us

Tullochan is a youth development charity, for 30 years we have been committed to creating pathways of opportunity and improving life chances for young people through high quality, tailored, inclusive, and impactful services.

Working in partnership with funders, local authorities, and communities, we support young people and families to build confidence, skills, and resilience through a range of projects and activities. Alongside our Tullochan Training Academy, we currently operate two commercial Social Enterprise ventures which generates income for the charity and acts as a training platform for the young people we support.

Our vision is that all young people in West Dunbartonshire and beyond are provided with pathways of opportunity and support to be inspired, learn, grow and reach their full potential.

We are now seeking an outstanding Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through its next phase of growth, sustainability, and impact.

The Role

The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational oversight, and direction to the organisation. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the CEO will ensure the charity delivers excellent youth and developmental services, remains financially sustainable, and continues to respond effectively to the changing needs of young people and our communities.

This is a pivotal role combining strategic vision with strong executive leadership, requiring the ability to lead people, partnerships, performance, and change.
