As a Services Manager, you will:

  • Lead a team using a coaching model to promote independence and quality care.
  • Work closely with the people we support and their families to ensure effective communication and high-quality support.
  • Manage budgets and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Drive improvement and quality assurance across services, with a focus on high standards

About You:

We’re looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

  • Skills in coaching, team development, and person-centered support
  • Confidence in managing budgets, compliance, and operations
  • Commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement in service delivery
  • 3-5 years in social care with strong knowledge of autism and introductory understanding of Studio III’s Low Arousal Approach
  • SVQ Level 4 in Health/Social Care or equivalent, with management experience.
