About the Role

A fantastic opportunity has opened for the right candidate to lead The Action Group’s Recruitment Team. The role will have 3 main functions:

1. Engaging with our internal stakeholder to understand their recruitment needs

2. Identifying the best opportunities for our recruitment activities

3. Leading our recruitment team, ensuring best practice with regards to Safer Recruitment, ensuring excellent customer care and developing your team

Requirements You must have excellent communication and organisation skills, ability to problem solve and be able to work in a fast paced, target driven environment. Although not essential, experience of working in a recruitment role and previous line manager experience is highly desirable.
