Stepping Stones (North Edinburgh) is a voluntary organisation that provides support services to young parent families and pregnant women living in the North Edinburgh area. We aim to promote and support the social development and education of families with young children.
Stepping Stones North Edinburgh is a third sector organisation that supports children and families across North Edinburgh. The overarching aim of Stepping Stonesis to support families to improve their wellbeing, build resilience and reduce the isolation that families can experience.
The role of the Family Wellbeing Practitioner is to build meaningful relationships with families who have a child under 5, offering one to one support through home visiting and outreach. The funded outcomes for the role are that; children will experience the world as safe and secure and that families will feel resilient.
