Sleep Action is seeking two new trustees to become our new Chair and Treasurer. You will help lead our charity into an exciting new chapter. Currently part of Capella Charity, Sleep Action will become an independent charity on 1 April 2027, with ambitious plans to grow our impact.
We are looking for committed, values-led people who can think strategically, ask thoughtful questions and work well as part of a team. The Chair should have experience of leading meetings and supporting managers, while the Treasurer should bring experience of financial planning and management. Previous board experience is not essential, and full training and support will be provided.
To help you decide if becoming a trustee at Capella is right for you, please read our Recruitment Pack.
At Next Steps, we support young people with additional support needs to progress towards their personal development goals through tailored learning, practical experiences and meaningful opportunities.
We are looking for an organised and motivated Deputy Hub Manager to support the safe, high-quality and effective day-to-day delivery of our Next Steps Programme.
Working closely with the Hub Manager, you will provide day-to-day leadership to Facilitators, support Trainees to make measurable progress and help maintain consistent standards across service delivery, safeguarding, compliance and record keeping. You will also take operational responsibility for the Hub when the Hub Manager is absent.
