The Scottish Women’s Institutes (SWI) is seeking a proactive Membership Development Officer to join our small team on a 2-year fixed-term contract. This role involves developing and implementing membership recruitment strategies, delivering excellent member services, and exploring new income opportunities. You'll work closely with the CEO and play a vital role in enhancing the membership experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute membership growth strategies
  • Maintain CRM database in line with GDPR
  • Provide high-quality service to members
  • Plan and execute relevant marketing and event activities

Requirements

  • Experience in data management and reporting
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of data protection principles
