Scottish Refugee Council is seeking a skilled Refugee Involvement Coordinator. The Refugee Involvement Coordinator will lead the development and delivery of Scottish Refugee Council’s refugee involvement framework. The role will build the foundations for meaningful and safe involvement, strengthen staff skills and organisational systems, support co‑design and co‑production projects, and guide learning and evaluation. This work will ensure lived experience insight is embedded across our services, policy and public influence. This is an organisational change and system-building role.

We are seeking a Grants Officer to support the growth of grant income from charitable trusts and foundations across Scotland and the UK. Working within the Operations Directorate as part of the Funding Development team, you will play a key role in researching funding opportunities, developing high-quality applications, and supporting funder reporting and relationship management.
You will be passionate about helping to ensure that refugees receive the support that they need. You will have experience of supporting grant or fundraising applications, strong research and organisational skills, and clear written communication skills, with the attention to detail needed to maintain accurate records and work to deadlines.
This role will focus on supporting the delivery of Scottish Refugee Council’s trust and foundation funding portfolio and helping to grow our restricted and unrestricted income.

Working within the External Affairs directorate you will play a key role in donor retention and acquisition, and support our fundraising goals.
You will be passionate about helping to ensure that refugees receive the support that they need. You will have an excellent understanding of the donor journey, experience of fundraising campaigns and excellent written communication skills to interact with supporters and community groups.
This role will focus on supporting Scottish Refugee Council fundraising strategy and increasing our unrestricted funding.
