Renfrewshire Housing Support Services

The Role

RAMH have been providing a wide range of service support including housing support for over 25 years. We provide dedicated housing support and care at home to service users with a range of mental health and other associated needs. We are seeking an individual with a wide range of supervision and monitoring experience to support our service.

You will also have an in-depth knowledge of mental health and supporting individuals in their own tenancy. You must have excellent leadership skills and be able to manage resources, people, finance, quality and information. Excellent communication and ability to maintain and foster good relationships with partners and stakeholders are essential. In addition, you should have a robust understanding of risk management.

The successful applicant must also be able to demonstrate the ability to monitor and maintain capacity levels within the service, ensure appropriate and quality staffing to meet service needs in line with SSSC requirements and to provide regular service level reports. You will need to work in line with the Care Inspectorate requirements.
