About this role

Working locally, you will join one of our teams delivering great quality individualised support to adults who have a variety of support needs. You will empower individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting choice, dignity, and well-being. Every day is different in this challenging but rewarding role.

If you're caring, reliable, flexible, and passionate about supporting others to achieve the life they desire, then you could be who we are looking for!

Applicants must be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team to meet the needs of the people who use our service. Supports will include work in the evenings and weekends as well as sleepovers and waking nights when required.

A commitment to a person-centred approach is essential and experience of working with people with learning disabilities is desirable.

About this role

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality support to adults with a wide range of support needs. Working closely with our local teams, you will help plan, coordinate, and oversee service delivery, while supporting, supervising, and managing staff to ensure excellent outcomes for the people we support.

We are looking for highly motivated, confident, and enthusiastic social care practitioners who can:

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to the individuals we support, empowering each person to use their strengths, pursue their goals, and take control of their own life
  • Provide positive, proactive leadership by working creatively and flexibly, prioritising effectively, and delegating tasks to support their team.
  • Collaborate with Community Development Workers and others to build community connections and promote independence.
  • Commit to ongoing learning and professional development.

Our staff are our most valuable asset. We offer comprehensive training and development opportunities, including support to achieve an SVQ 3 and PDA Supervision qualification in Health and Social Care.
