Into Work is an award-winning charity currently looking for values-driven people to join the Board of Directors who play a vital role in shaping the direction and growth of the organisation.

Lived experience and co-production are at the heart of what we do.

We are particularly keen to hear from people with skills and experience in one, or more, of the following areas:

• Policy landscape / political environment.
• Funding environment, Local / National Government or Third Sector.
• Commercial and business development.
• Diversity and lived experience.
• Marketing or PR.
• Digital transformation, IT, Cyber Security.

The Board of Directors are volunteers and meet about six times a year.
