Boyz Only Development Worker

As a Boyz Only Development Worker you will be responsible for developing and promoting the Boyz Only intervention and creation of the Boyz Only national network. Boyz Only is a service that aims to create allies in the fight against violence against women and girls.
This 21-hour a week post will combine working from home and in an office environment, located in East Kilbride. £27,608.34 pro rata. This is a fixed 9-month contract. This post involves ensuring that a high standard of developmental work is delivered to support this service to extend its reach as well as gathering and collating evidence and feedback from service users, partner agencies and projects delivering Boyz Only across Scotland. Co ordinating the Boyz Only Network meetings will be a focus of this post.
