We are seeking to recruit a suitably experienced, qualified and skilled woman to fulfil the role of Specialist Worker within our Refuge team - 22.5 hours per week over Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
The Specialist Worker – Refuge will provide a high quality and specialist support service to women living in Refuge working to ensure their safety and recovery. Applicants must also be qualified to SVQ level 3, or equivalent in a relevant qualification and registered (or willing to register) with SSSC. Location:South Lanarkshire, office base East Kilbride
Salary:£29,004.80 pro rata based on 35 hours

The successful candidates will be subject to PVG checks.
As a Specialist Worker - CYP you will provide preventative, crisis intervention and on-going support to children and young people who are directly or indirectly exposed to the issues of domestic abuse.
This 1 x 26 hour post, located in East Kilbride until one year from start date, involves ensuring that a high standard of crisis intervention and casework support is provided to children and young people escaping, experiencing or requiring support with domestic abuse issues. This includes Women’s Aid South Lanarkshire and East Renfrewshire’s out-of-hours, group work and on call service provision.
