Circle is a Scottish charity providing family support services to some of the most marginalised children and families in Scotland.
Are you driven to make a real difference for children and families? Circle is seeking a dedicated Children’s Resilience Worker to deliver one-to-one, peer, and group support for, substance use, domestic abuse, and complex mental health challenges.
In this vital role, you’ll help children build resilience, strengthen family relationships, and empower children, young people and families to make lasting positive change.
We’re looking for a qualified professional in social work, social care, education, or health, with proven experience supporting families through trauma. Excellent communication, teamwork, and planning skills are essential, along with a genuine commitment to equality and inclusion. At Circle, we believe diverse experiences make us stronger—so even if you don’t meet every requirement, we’d love to hear from you.
As Fundraising Officer, you’ll be at the heart of Circle’s mission — driving the income and awareness that make our life-changing work possible. You’ll craft persuasive funding applications that inspire support from charitable trusts and foundations, nurture meaningful relationships with funders and partners, and create compelling stories and digital content that bring Circle’s impact to life.
Working alongside our CEO, Management Team, and dedicated project staff, you’ll turn data, insight, and lived experience into powerful narratives that secure vital funding and raise our profile across Scotland.
This is your chance to make a real, lasting difference — ensuring Circle can continue to stand alongside children and families when they need us most.
