We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and motivated Family Outreach Worker to join Circle’s Harbour Project in Edinburgh. As part of our dedicated and passionate team, you will play a key role in supporting children and families affected by parental drug and/or alcohol use. This post will have a particular – though not exclusive – focus on engaging and supporting fathers across the city, recognising the vital role they play in their children’s lives.

In this role, you will work directly with parents, carers, and children to build parenting skills, strengthen family relationships, and promote safer, healthier home environments. You will also provide group and one-to-one interventions, collaborate closely with partner agencies to ensure families receive holistic and effective support, and contribute to the development of Circle’s services across Edinburgh.
