Edinburgh Furniture Intitative (EFI) Manager

The EFI Manager is at the heart of the business and plays a key role in Four Square, with a focus on the Edinburgh Furniture Initiative delivering results, leading our retail shop and warehouse teams, delivering excellent customer service and efficient logistics planning you will lead the day-to-day planning and execution of the all the EFI tasks, ensuring effective use of resources. Four Square is looking for a Weekday Practitioner to join our Keymoves service - a trauma informed service supporting women aged 16+ who have experienced domestic and gender-based violence, including honour based violence and forced marriage.
We're looking for compassionate, resilient individuals with experience supporting people affected by domestic abuse. You'll have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach to meet each woman's individual needs through person-centred support. We welcome applications from women with lived experience.
This is an opportunity to be part of a dedicated team that helps women rebuild their lives in a safe, supportive environment.
The working pattern is Monday to Friday on a rolling rota, with shifts from (7.30am-3.30pm, 10am-6pm, 2pm-10pm).
