An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Centre Manager at the Wellesley Centre in Methil, part of Wellesley Parish Church. The Wellesley Centre opened in May 2022 and provides groups and activities seven days per week.
The role of the Centre Manager is to oversee all the activities and to develop the potential of the Wellesley Centre, especially the Wellesley Café. A knowledge of health and safety, property maintenance and the development of groups that meet the needs of our community is essential for the role.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the People and Training Team within Faith Action. This role will work within the training team primarily to support the work with Probationers for Ministry, being the primary point of contact.
You will understand ministry in the Church of Scotland and theological education in the UK. You will have experience of conducting programme reviews, formulating and delivering training. It is essential that you have the ability to work across a wide-ranging ideological, social and theological base.

In the new Union of St David’s Carrick Knowe the congregation is very aware of the need to re-establish Children’s and Youth work and are looking for someone to take the lead with this.
The successful candidate will have significant recent experience of setting up, publicising and running events for children and families with strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships. The candidate must be a committed Christian with an active Church connection (Genuine Occupational Requirement in terms of the Equality Act 2010).
