The Fundraising Team is looking for an administrator to manage our customer and supplier liaisons for the duration of the Caring Christmas Tree’s season this year.
We are looking for someone with excellent data management skills and a keen eye for detail. The job involves maintaining an accurate database of customers, updating the website, and ensuring the smooth running of the project. Our ideal candidate will also have excellent communication skills and customer service experience as they will be the main point of contact for customers and volunteer queries.

The successful candidate will be based at the Bonnington Road office, working full-time from 21st September 2026 to 21st January 2027, including some evenings and Saturdays in December.
We are looking for a Project Worker to join our team at Bethany Christian Centre, a supported residential community for men who are homeless, providing assistance to individuals in their recovery from addiction.
As a Project Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of the residential unit, providing emotional and practical support to the residents in overcoming addiction, and enabling them to live independently through support planning, assessments and key working and delivering group-work sessions.
An excellent team player with great communication skills, you will have experience and knowledge of our service user group and their surrounding issues. Competence in the use of Microsoft Office tools is essential. SVQ 3 in Social Care or equivalent is desirable, coupled with experience in a Residential/Housing support setting. Lived experience of addiction and recovery, or experience of supporting someone through recovery, would be an advantage.
Successful applicants for this post will require membership of the PVG scheme.

The Rapid Re-accommodation Welcome Centre provides emergency accommodation with support to anyone who would otherwise be rough sleeping in Edinburgh.
We are looking for a Senior Team Leader to assist the Project Manager in organising and running the Welcome Centre, maintaining it as a safe environment for guests, and providing hands-on support to the team across all aspects of the service. The Senior Team Leader play an active role in monitoring RRWC systems and spreadsheets, with a goal of supporting guests onto positive follow-on accommodation.
