Wasps is recruiting for a full time Finance Assistant to join the team at head office in Glasgow.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate, potentially a recent graduate at HNC/HND level, to grow their confidence and experience in a finance/accounts department. Our finance department is a small team of three, which supports, manages and controls all aspects of the charity’s finances. This is therefore a unique chance to gain valuable hands-on experience across virtually all aspects of an operational finance department.
Wasps is seeking a proactive and organised Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day facilities management and health & safety compliance of all Wasps properties in the east of the central belt – currently three in Edinburgh and one in Selkirk. This is a hands-on role requiring regular site visits, excellent communication skills, and a practical understanding of property maintenance and statutory obligations. You will work closely with tenants, contractors, and the Wasps team to ensure our buildings remain safe, efficient, and supportive environments for creativity.
The role is a vital part of our small but dedicated Property Team, which ensures that our estate is well-run, well-maintained and fully compliant at all times. You will be highly organised and self- driven, solutions-focused and comfortable working in a remote/mobile manner but with extensive support from our Head Office team in Glasgow.
