We are seeking an Administrative officer to help us ensure the seamless daily running of our organisation. You’ll assist with operational management, supporting the board and wider team to ensure everything runs efficiently and consistently across our projects from our office base in central Portobello. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised, thrives on variety, enjoys working both outdoors and in an office setting, and can balance practical problem-solving with strong organisational skills. Community Project Worker for Equal Footing Porty (EFP)

We are seeking a community project worker with lived experience of disability to coordinate the Equal Footing Porty (EFP) project. EFP is led by local people with lived experience of disability or caring responsibilities. EFP aims to improve access to public spaces and facilities for walkers, wheelers and those with small children and buggies. The project, now in its third year, builds on the multifaceted approach we established to address barriers and challenges faced by wheel users and people with disabilities in the community.

We are looking for someone with experience in engaging with the community and other stakeholders, who has the ability to self direct their own workload, has experience of project management, good written communication skills, and experience of coordinating volunteers.
