The King's Church (SCIO)

Charity registered in Scotland SC049252

The Kings is an independent church, which has been well established in the Lanarkshire area for over 30 years. Over that time we have grown into the multi-racial, multi-generational church that we are today which allows people from all backgrounds to come together to relate to God and to each other. Our leadership is based on teamwork, with responsibility for the spiritual wellbeing of the church resting with our Overseers team, and our team of Trustees looking after the legal and financial side of the church. These teams work together to provide the overall leadership of the church. Similarly, other areas of the church are also based on a team approach, including the communication of Sunday messages, worship teams, kids and youth ministries etc, which allows us to use the gifts and talents that God has blessed us with. We like to use the word "journey" in the context of the Christian life, and therefore we look to the future with the faith and expectation that has always been part of our history.
