The Toll Community Centre is owned by the people of Burntisland and run on behalf of the community by a Management Committee. The Toll Community Centre has been a central feature of life in Burntisland since the mid 70s. It grew out of Youth Clubs Burntisland and so youth clubs and activities for children and young people are its primary purpose and a central feature of our programme. It also provides a venue for a number of local organisations and is home to the Burntisland Playgroup and the Burntisland Out of School Service.
