Are you looking to make a difference in the community? Do you have skills that could help a small charity thrive? We are looking for up to 4 new trustees to join our board to support the next exciting phase of Kairos Women+. This is an voluntary role. We have a skills gap on our board in the following areas:

• Communications/media/external relations
• Anti-Racism, including development and implementation of change processes
• Legal, including charity, employment or discrimination law
• Financial and/or charity accounts
• Digital, data or design

We are particularly interested in applications from women+ of colour and working class women+.

We are looking for an Outreach Worker!

Are you a people-person with a passion for making the world a better place? Do you love connecting people together, supporting people’s strengths and building community?

We are looking to recruit a motivated, compassionate, people-focussed professional to become our very first Outreach Worker and support the next stage of Kairos Women+! Kairos Women+ is a community-led organisation based in Renfrewshire, Scotland. We believe in the power of collaborative decision-making, bringing women+ (inclusive of trans women and non-binary people) together to influence our community as active, engaged members of the local community.
