We have an exciting and new senior leadership opportunity to work as part of a successful team. The role is responsible for Volunteer Scotland’s financial management and financial process including procurement and contract management, financial risk management, accounts and payroll. You will lead and manage the business support function including facilities and IT, ensuring business support resources are managed effectively to support the organisation.
You will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with a proven track record gained at a senior level with the ability to work as part of a senior management team and the ability to empower and challenge supportively.

We have an exciting opportunity to work as part of a successful Business Support team. You will support the provision of an effective and customer-focused HR and Finance service within Volunteer Scotland. This role holder will be a key member of the Business Support function assuming additional responsibilities for business support services and assisting in facilities co-ordination matters.
You will have gained previous experience in finance and/or HR roles, ideally within the charitable or non-profit sector and be proficient in accounting software, payroll systems, and HR management tools.
