Established in 1999, Watch US Grow has established a reputation for delivering high quality, innovative opportunities dedicated to realising potential within people who experience a range of support needs. We offer 30 places in our garden in Palacerigg Country Park, and employ a further 14 people with support needs within our Social Enterprise activities. We are committed to developing opportunities both within our garden, and the wider community to enable people to lead more inclusive, fulfilling lives.
