SRUC’s Students’ Association (SRUCSA) is the representative body for students at Scotland’s Rural College. Sitting with SRUC’s Centre for the Enhancement of Learning and Teaching (CELT), SRUCSA works to ensure that students’ voices shape the life and work of SRUC, empowering students through representation, advocacy, and community building. The Association supports a network of elected student officers and class representatives, enabling students to influence decision-making at every level of SRUC. Through partnership working, student-led projects, events and campaigns, SRUCSA aims to create a community where students are able to become who they want to be.

You will combine strategic leadership with effective operational management, supporting and developing student officers and representatives, strengthening student voice and participation, and fostering an inclusive, engaged and vibrant student community across all SRUC campuses.
