Role

Money Ready is dedicated to creating a financially fluent population, and our Regional Managers are at the heart of making that a reality. We’re looking for a driven and personable Regional Manager to join our Scotland team, leading the delivery of high-quality financial education to children and young people across Central and South Scotland.

You’ll take ownership of our immersive school programme across the region, from the Scottish borders in the South to Edinburgh, Fife and Glasgow in the West. You’ll build and manage relationships with member schools, corporate partners and volunteers, coordinate and deliver workshops to children from P1 through to P7, and play a key role in growing the programme’s reach and impact.

Our Regional Managers come from a variety of backgrounds, and that breadth of experience is something we value greatly. What matters most is strong relationship-building skills, the ability to work independently and a genuine passion for improving the life chances of children and young people.

What the role involves:

Leading the delivery of Money Ready’s school programme across Central Scotland, working closely with school leadership teams, corporate partners, colleges and volunteers. Recruiting new member schools, retaining existing ones and ensuring the programme continues to grow. Delivering workshops directly to children, training and supporting volunteers and contributing to programme development across the wider team. You’ll largely work from home, with at least one day per week out in the region and occasional team days across the UK. All delivery-related travel is covered.

Key details:

  • Contracted to our Glasgow office, with significant travel across Central and South Scotland
  • Part time, 25.5 hours per week over 3 days (Monday to Wednesday, 8.30am to 6pm with some flexibility)
  • Permanent contract
  • Salary of £45,000 to £50,000 FTE (42.5 hours) per annum, dependent on skills and experience
  • A full and valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for this role
