We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and innovative Youth Development Worker to lead the delivery of our Unmasking Masculinity project, funded by the National Lottery's Young Start programme.
We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and innovative Youth Development Worker to lead the delivery of our Unmasking Masculinity project, funded by the National Lottery's Young Start programme.
Running unt il June 2028, Unmasking Masculinity works in partnership with young men aged 11–21 to explore and promote positive masculinity. Using a youth-led, co-product ion approach, the successful candidate will empower young people to shape and deliver the project , fostering meaningful conversations and peer-led learning.
The role will focus on delivering prevention, education, and early intervention initiatives that challenge harmful gender stereotypes, promote healthy relationships, and help reduce youth violence by supporting young men to become positive role models within their communities.
