Are you a skilled administrator looking to be part of a project that supports those in recovery?
About the Service
We provide recovery housing across 2 projects in Edinburgh: LEAP and our Women’s Recovery House. Both projects provide housing for those in recovery and support residents by offering peer support and therapeutic activities.
At our LEAP Out of Hours Care service, we support up to 11 participants at a time. During the day, participants attend the NHS Lothian and Edinburgh Abstinence Project (LEAP) programme, which is delivered over 12 weeks, Monday to Friday. In the evenings and on weekends we provide support, a friendly ear, and therapeutic activities to the community.
Our Women’s Recovery Housing is a new service incorporating group housing and proactive peer support. The service helps residents negotiate early recovery.

We are seeking a highly organised individual to support with administration duties cross both services. Your main duties will involve:
• Ensure our recording system Lamplight is accurate and up to date
• Updating our housing benefit and service charge payments
• Assisting in monitoring and evaluation requirements for both services
About You
You should be an experienced administrator with the ability to manage your own workload. You will be values led and committed to supporting the service and its users to thrive. You should also:
• Have experience of office administration, including Word and Excel
• Be a confident decision maker and creative problem solver
• Having knowledge of the benefits system would also be beneficial.
How we’ll support you
You’ll be joining an experienced and knowledgeable team who will give you full training on all aspects of your role. You’ll also have access to wider Cyrenians support, including our learning and development programme, and staff wellbeing services.
