Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible new member to join our small and friendly staff team at our city centre church. Augustine United Church is an active, inclusive Christian community based in the heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town. As well as having a thriving congregation, AUC also hires rooms throughout the week, generating income for the church and providing affordable meeting space to a wide variety of community groups and charities.

This role will support both the congregation and the room lettings business by providing:

  • An efficient cleaning service for the building at least 2 days a week.
  • A caretaking role setting up rooms and technical equipment and working with hirers to help their events run smoothly.
  • Administrative support for both the congregation and the room lettings business.
