Are you passionate about making a real impact on relationships, mental health, and well-being in the Highlands? Relationships Scotland - Counselling Highland is looking for a Development Officer to lead innovative outreach and collaboration initiatives, fundraising efforts, and service expansion.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop & deliver community and stakeholder engagement initiatives
  • Design & Lead a high-impact Healthy Relationships Campaign
  • Identify fundraising & sponsorship opportunities
  • Expand RS-CH’s presence through partnerships, collaborations & social media

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Dynamic self-starter with passion for improving mental health, psychoeducation and empowering others
  • Experienced programme/ service designer with a knack for efficiency and client centred approach
  • Skilled fundraiser with experience of events and relationship building
  • Engaging communicator and good listener with experience in co-design and co-production of services and programmes
