An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our team as an Administrator to provide administrative and reception support at our Glasgow office. This is a varied and diverse role that requires a highly organised and dynamic individual with the ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
A vital aspect of the role is to also provide a reception service where you will be the first point of contact for all visitors to the office including people seeking support at a difficult time in their lives.
The post holder will support the Corporate Services Manager in the day-to-day co-ordination and management across a range of areas including: Reception Services, Facilities Management, Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Health and Safety and Information Governance.
