If so, this exciting opportunity as Centre Manager through a period of ambitious growth and development over next two years could be for you.
The community group was established in 2018 and in 2021 the group secured the Coatbridge Stadium building to deliver a community hub in North Lanarkshire to encourage active participation and support mental health and well-being through sports, activities, events and give local people a sense of belonging. We have achieved numerous successes to date, most notably the development and growth of the centre over the past two years for the use of the community. The role will report directly to Cliftonville & Coatdyke Community Group (CCCG) Board of Directors and be responsible for the line management of 8-10 part time staff as well as volunteers. The post will also work closely the Community Development Officer and various partners, including many local organisations, and across the wider community.
