Our Turning Point Scotland Service inEdinburghare looking for an enthusiastic and dynamicBusiness Administration Manager, who is motivated to work as part of our thriving and diverse team.
Your ability to work on your own initiative, manage and prioritise a busy work schedule and demonstrate attention to detail is essential. Along with your excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and experience of working in a proactive and flexible way you will support our team in delivering the highest standard of Care and Support in our Edinburgh Visiting Homelessness Service.

Edinburgh Visiting Housing Support Service
Turning Point Scotland is the biggest provider of services to people experiencing or at risk of Homelessness across Scotland, delivering support to around 2000 individuals on any given day, 4500 per year.
We believe that in many cases, Homelessness is entirely preventable. Where Homelessness is not or cannot be, prevented the experience should be brief and non-recurring.
We provide support to people who are;
- Experiencing Homelessness
- At risk of Homelessness; and / or
- Need some support to protect their home
Our Edinburgh Visiting Housing Support Service provides Housing Support to people who are at risk of becoming homeless, who are homeless or who have recently experienced homelessness to move to or keep settled accommodation and gain independent living skills.
The support we provide is always person centred, we do this by involving people who know the person well, this includes family and friends, other health and Social Work professionals, Advocacy services and our own staff members.

The post of Chaplain allows the Church to be actively and visibly involved in the life of LHM360 in a way that is real, relational and consistent.
As a day centre supporting people experiencing homelessness, addiction, mental health challenges and deep social exclusion, the postholder will journey with people who use the service as well as staff and volunteers, offering pastoral care, spiritual conversation and prayer when invited. Alongside this you would strengthen meaningful connections between LHM306 and local churches and faith communities.

Administrator and Communications Worker - Glasgow

This role will involve carrying out a range of administrative tasks for our UpStream youth counselling team in Glasgow. Tasks include responding to enquiries from members of the public and participants, managing appointments and referrals, supporting the team with publicity and communications, and helping gather and organise data for monitoring and evaluation.
We are looking for candidates with experience in administration who are organised and confident using systems and technology. The role requires someone who communicates warmly and confidently with people from a wide range of backgrounds, helping to create a welcoming and supportive first point of contact for the service. The role will also involve providing flexible administrative support and occasionally assisting with project activities.
As Bethany is a Christian organisation this post carries an Occupational Requirement in line with Equality Act 2010. Please note that one reference must be from your church minister or leader to endorse your live and active Christian faith and commitment. The aim of this new post is to establish a sustainable project providing activities and support to address isolation, stigma, and unmet pastoral needs, offering consistent relationships, practical support, and safe spaces for connection. This reflects the congregation’s commitment to justice, compassion, and care for those who are often overlooked.
You will bring your experience of working with and relating to children and families along with involvement in project work. Your networking and relationship-building skills will allow you to develop the project with a collaboratively and positively.
It is an essential requirement of this role that the post-holder is a committed Christian with a live Church connection which is a Genuine Occupational Requirement in terms of the Equality Act 2010.
