The Services Assistant (Welfare Rights) is the first point of contact for enquiries relating to welfare benefits, assisting in providing advice and interventions on behalf of GWHA customers, contributing to the sustainment of new and ongoing tenancies and liaising with external agencies as appropriate in relation to benefit claims.
The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 x SCQF Level 5 or equivalent (including English), welfare rights experience (advice and claims), excellent planning and organisational skills and proficient IT skills. Experience of AdvicePro would be advantageous.
For this post, the working hours can be flexible, however must include a Wednesday.
