Role

We are seeking two Service Delivery Managers for our personal development and employability programmes in Glasgow who have excellent communication skills, a team player attitude, and a youth-led approach.

As a member of the Leadership Team, you will be responsible for managing programme delivery, collaborating to develop and execute our delivery plan, and meeting targets. You'll be responsible for managing a team of skilled Youth Development Leads and partnerships while working closely with colleagues in Fundraising, Marketing, Finance, and Service Delivery. Your role as a Service Delivery Manager will involve leading your team to provide effective programmes, ensuring that young people receive a high-quality experience.

This is an exciting time to join our management team as we embark on a 3-year growth plan to support more young people in the Glasgow City Region through a range of personal development and employability programmes, to attain positive and sustainable outcomes. If you have experience leading services for young people, a talent for partnership management and are passionate about making a positive impact on young people, this role is perfect for you.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Manage a team of Youth Delivery Leads and lead a network of delivery partnerships all working to provide consistent and safe services for young people aligned with our standards
  • Need to demonstrate your ability to manage a range of services that will be delivered through partner organisations.
  • Be experienced in developing and managing effective delivery or referral partnerships
