Are you passionate about supporting children and young people to realise their potential? Sistema Scotland is seeking to recruit a highly effective Fundraising Manager to join its successful fundraising team securing the resources for over 3,500 children and families to benefit from the pioneering Big Noise music and social programmes.
Working closely with the Head of Fundraising & Governance, you will lead and support our friendly and skilled fundraising team to ensure annual fundraising targets are achieved. You will be the lead application writer for the charity, crafting our most complex applications and reports and personally managing some of our highest value relationships.
You will have a proven track record of raising significant income. You will have extensive experience of composing innovative and compelling applications for funding, and of managing relationships with significant funders or stakeholders. You will have experience of line management or of providing support and direction to colleagues. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload. Advanced IT skills, including MS Office and Access thankQ (or a similar CRM), are also essential.
This is a permanent post, working five days a week (some flexibility in working pattern may be considered). The role forms part of the central team, working on a hybrid basis between office and home (office base is Raploch, Stirling).
