You will be part of Scotland’s leading charity providing support to people with chest, heart and stroke conditions to
live life to the full again. Our Hospital to Home services form a nationwide network of local support groups,
nurses, volunteers and one-to-one support teams helping families adjust to life with a heart or lung condition
or after a stroke.
We are seeking an individual for a Retail Development role who embodies creativity, possesses a strong drive, and
demonstrates initiative. This role requires someone who excels in working autonomously and takes ownership of
their tasks. The ideal candidate will shoulder the responsibility of introducing innovative income-generating
strategies while also spearheading the coordination of fresh retail training initiatives for our team.
The successful applicant should exhibit a flair for generating novel ideas within the retail sector and possess the
ability to implement these ideas effectively. They will need to have a proactive approach, seizing opportunities
to enhance revenue streams while enhancing the skill set of our retail team through well-structured training
programs.
This position demands an individual with a keen eye for detail, strategic thinking, and a passion for achieving
tangible results. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with various
