Youth Development Lead (Delivery, Partnerships & Volunteering)

Role

Within our Partnerships and Volunteering Team, we currently have some exciting opportunities to work with and develop our volunteer network.

Volunteers play a huge role in supporting the work at The Prince's Trust. We are looking for individuals to work in our Partnerships and Volunteering Team supporting the recruitment, training and continuous development of volunteers. You will require strong people skills, the ability to organise and manage conflicting priorities and be confident in creating and delivering training and development sessions in both 1-1 and group settings. Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and develop and a commitment and understanding of equality, diversity and inclusion are important in this role.
