About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our New Beginnings service in Cheshire West and Chester, working with a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.
This new and important role will be key in ensuring that effective, efficient and appropriate care is planned, and managed well for service users and that this care achieves a positive impact to the recovery of the individual.
The role may suit someone who is new to the sector, though an excellent track record in a health and social care sector is essential.

There is an expectation for the successful candidate to be able to work across our three service hubs if required, the wider North-West, as well as occasional travel to our head office in London.
