New Beginnings: Practitioner - Criminal Justice & Outreach
Would you like to work with a motivated and well-established team to deliver key interventions in a Criminal Justice context, for those with drug and alcohol issues?
About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join our New Beginnings service in Cheshire West and Chester, working with a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals.
This exciting and rewarding role offers significant opportunities for innovation in working with client who are most risk of harm being key in ensuring joined up care is planned and managed well for service users and that this care achieves a positive impact to the recovery of the individual and the community.
The role will include working offsite, with partners, and in places such as Police Stations, Housing Provider services, Probation Service centres and other venues.

There is an expectation for the successful candidate to be able to work across our three service hubs if required, the wider North-West, as well as occasional travel to our head office in London.
