Glasgow Centre for Inclusive Living is run by disabled people and aims to empower disabled people in Glasgow by providing a variety of housing, employment, training and inclusive living support services.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with us and our other Take Control teams in our newly established service in North Lanarkshire delivering a specialist advice and support service to individuals either in receipt of or eligible for a Direct Payment from Social Services. We are looking for our Take Ctrl team to work closely with GCIL staff and our existing Take Ctrl teams in East Dunbartonshire and South Lanarkshire to progress our presence and service in North Lanarkshire.

Responsible for managing and developing this new Take Control team and office on a day to day basis and assisting North Lanarkshire residents in receipt of Self Directed Support (SDS) to manage their own support arrangements effectively.
