We’re recruiting for a Projects Officer to join Scottish Recovery Network’s small but mighty team!

We’re seeking an experienced Projects Officer who will work with colleagues and external partners to contribute to the delivery of successful collaborative projects which meet our strategic aims.

You will have a passion for bringing people, services and organisations across sectors together to create a mental health system powered by lived experience which supports everyone’s recovery journey.

You will be committed to values-based practice, mental health recovery and excited by the opportunity to work with others to bring about much needed change in our mental health system.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and empathic individual to join our Sutherland team in Golspie as a Resource Centre Project Worker.

Our Resource Centre in Golspie offers a safe and welcoming environment for people affected by mental illness to meet, socialise and take part in supported activities and outings. This helps to encourage people to feel more involved, included and empowered in their lives. Effective support also promote increased self-confidence and independence in people who use the service.

With experience of support work, organising group activities, completing reports and a sound understanding of Mental Illness; the project worker will also be actively involved in promoting and developing the service in

Who are we looking for?

You will be responsible for compiling and reviewing development plans for people using the service, and ensure that the agreed outcomes are being achieved.

You are someone comfortable working in a team as well as autonomously, and are proactive in your own personal development and learning. The successful candidate will be required to be a member of, or willing to join the PVG scheme membership.

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Services Team at Health in Mind.

We are trauma skilled mental health professionals, working 1:1 and in groups with young people. We focus on equipping our young people with our core values of confidence, resilience, and security as the foundations of healing, recovery, and personal growth.

Our therapeutic coaching team support the wellbeing of the young person to achieve the changes they want and need in their life by drawing on evidence-based theories and practices from Coaching Psychology, Counselling, Trauma Informed Practice and Therapy. We are driven by the belief that at all young people deserve support, opportunity and understanding to live their lives their way, regardless of where they are starting from, and that the young person is at centre leading the process, designing their healing journey.

We have recently moved into new premises giving us both a therapeutic and office space, creating the need for a new role within the organisation of a Finance and Administration Assistant. This is an office-based role which will provide crucial administration support to the CEO and delivery team. The Finance and Administration Assistant will:

• Provide effective financial processing to support the implementation of U-evolves finance policy and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to all parts of the organisation.
• Support the day-to-day operations of our office at Norton Park
